Valójában nem számít ki milyen formában kerékpározik, legyen itt szó akár rekreációs vagy versenysport-ról egyaránt, valamint kerékpározási stílustól, lehet az terep vagy országúti irányzat.

I am a physiotherapist and strength coach, but I mostly think of myself as someone who tries to create a connection between different areas of movement and performance. My work ranges from injury prevention and rehabilitation to strength development to performance optimization, mainly with runners, cyclists and other endurance athletes.

I have also walked this path as a competitor: from athletics to triathlon to cycling, so I know the workings of amateur and competitive sports firsthand. Perhaps this is why the approach of not thinking in separate parts, but looking at the athlete and his performance as a system is close to me.

At Unbound, I mostly represent the prevention and physical preparation side. I like to build a bridge between science, professional language and real life, whether it is an elite athlete or someone who simply wants to move healthier, better and more pain-free. If someone were to get lost in the maze of workload, injuries, or performance development, I would probably be the one trying to sort out the map.
