I am a cycling coach, strength trainer and human kinesiologist. I work primarily in endurance sports, including cycling and triathlon, as a sports professional.
"Two wheels" have been a defining part of my life for over 25 years. I spent nearly twenty years as a mountain bike racer, and after my racing career, a new kind of curiosity began to drive me: I wanted to understand why and how the human body (and mind) works, how performance develops, and what health really means.
Since then, continuous learning, asking questions and searching for answers has been as motivating for me as progress in sports used to be. The more I learn, the stronger my holistic, people-centered approach becomes.
I believe that sport and cycling are not just about performance, numbers, training methods or scientific protocols. Cycling is also about community, nature, health and quality of life. I want to represent this approach in the Unbound community and build a community with this philosophy.
