The UNBOUND online store is operated by Aeroskin Sport Kft., registered and postal address: 1222 Budapest, \u00c1rp\u00e1d utca 65., Hungary; company registration number: 01-09-456182; tax number: 33045388-2-43; email: info@unbound-bp.hu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These Terms apply to contracts between Aeroskin Sport Kft. and consumers purchasing through the UNBOUND website. The online store currently serves consumers in Hungary only and physical products are delivered only within Hungary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
UNBOUND may sell cycling clothing, bidons and other cycling accessories, individual and group coaching, in-person training sessions, training camps and events. The main characteristics and current price of each product or service are shown on the relevant page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prices are stated in Hungarian forints (HUF). Any applicable delivery charge is displayed during checkout. There is currently no general free-delivery threshold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A customer account is required to place an order. Submitting an order creates a payment obligation. Customers should verify their information before submitting an order. Submitted orders cannot normally be edited afterwards. This does not restrict statutory withdrawal or other consumer rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Available payment methods are Barion online card payment and bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available. Payment by cash or card at personal collection is not available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Invoices are issued using Sz\u00e1ml\u00e1zz.hu and sent electronically to the customer's email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Physical products are delivered within Hungary only. Available methods displayed at checkout may include MPL home delivery, MPL collection point\/parcel locker and personal collection. Personal collection address: 1222 Budapest, \u00c1rp\u00e1d utca 65., Hungary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Consumers purchasing goods online generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days. For goods, the period generally starts when the consumer, or a nominated third party other than the carrier, receives the goods. Withdrawal may be communicated at info@unbound-bp.hu, by post to Aeroskin Sport Kft., 1222 Budapest, \u00c1rp\u00e1d utca 65., Hungary, or through the electronic withdrawal function provided on the UNBOUND website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Throughout the applicable withdrawal period, UNBOUND provides a clearly visible and easily accessible \u201cWithdraw from contract\u201d electronic function. The consumer can state the decision to withdraw, provide their name, identify the relevant contract\/order, and provide the electronic contact address at which acknowledgement is to be received. The statement is submitted using the \u201cConfirm withdrawal\u201d function. Without undue delay, UNBOUND sends an acknowledgement on a durable medium \u2013 currently email \u2013 containing the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of submission. Login is not required to use the electronic withdrawal function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Returns should be sent to Aeroskin Sport Kft., 1222 Budapest, \u00c1rp\u00e1d utca 65., Hungary. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The consumer may be liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, payments are refunded in accordance with applicable law, generally including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method. The statutory refund period is generally 14 days from being informed of the withdrawal, subject to applicable rules concerning return of the goods or evidence of return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For service contracts entered into online, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal\/termination period beginning on the date the contract is concluded. Special rules apply where a consumer asks for performance to begin during this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The seller is responsible where goods do not conform to the contractual or statutory requirements at the time of performance. These rights are separate from the consumer's 14-day withdrawal right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For consumer contracts, statutory conformity claims generally expire two years after performance. A defect should be reported without undue delay after discovery. For consumer sales of goods, a lack of conformity recognised within one year after delivery is generally presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Subject to applicable Hungarian law, the consumer may primarily request repair or replacement. Repair or replacement must be completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer. In circumstances specified by law, the consumer may request a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract. Termination is not available for an insignificant defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where the statutory conditions are met, a consumer may also assert a product-warranty claim directly against the manufacturer of defective movable goods. The available remedies are repair or replacement. The manufacturer's statutory product-warranty obligation generally applies for two years from placing the product on the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A mandatory guarantee does not automatically apply to every UNBOUND product. It applies only to new durable consumer goods that fall within the categories and conditions specified by Hungarian law. Where a product sold by UNBOUND is subject to the mandatory guarantee, the applicable statutory guarantee period is two years for qualifying goods priced from HUF 10,000 up to HUF 250,000, and three years above HUF 250,000, subject to the rules in force at the relevant time. Mandatory statutory guarantee rights cannot be contractually restricted to the consumer's disadvantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Claims concerning defective products may be submitted to Aeroskin Sport Kft., 1222 Budapest, \u00c1rp\u00e1d utca 65., Hungary, or by email to info@unbound-bp.hu. Customers are encouraged to provide the order number, product name and a description of the defect. A photograph may be helpful but the absence of a photograph does not by itself prevent the exercise of statutory rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The consumer may submit a claim regarding the defective product to Aeroskin Sport Kft. at the address 1222 Budapest, \u00c1rp\u00e1d utca 65, or via email at info@unbound-bp.hu. It is advisable to include the order number, the product name, and a description of the defect in the notification, and\u2014if it helps to demonstrate the defect\u2014to attach a photograph. The absence of a photograph does not, in itself, preclude the consumer from asserting their statutory rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Complaints may be submitted by email to info@unbound-bp.hu or by post to Aeroskin Sport Kft., 1222 Budapest, \u00c1rp\u00e1d utca 65., Hungary. Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable Hungarian consumer-protection law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
UNBOUND may occasionally issue promotional or discount codes. Specific conditions communicated with a promotion apply to that promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Personal data are processed in accordance with the current UNBOUND Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
