This Privacy Policy describes how UNBOUND processes personal data in connection with its website, online store, cycling products, coaching, training sessions, training camps and events.
Processing is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian law.
When you place an order, we may process your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, order details, purchased products, selected payment and delivery methods and other information required to fulfil your order.
The principal legal bases are performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and compliance with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Accounting and invoicing information that must be retained by law is kept for the applicable statutory retention period.
A customer account is required to purchase through the online store. We may process your name, email address, securely stored password credentials, billing and delivery information, order history and technical information required to operate your account. Passwords are not stored as readable plain text.
Online card payments are processed through Barion Payment Zrt. Information necessary to process the payment may be transferred to Barion. UNBOUND does not directly process your card details. Customers may also pay by bank transfer where offered.
We use Számlázz.hu, operated by KBOSS.hu Kft., to issue invoices. Information required for invoicing, such as your name, billing address and transaction information, may be transferred to the provider. Invoices are sent electronically by email.
Orders within Hungary may be delivered through Magyar Posta Zrt. / MPL. We provide the carrier with the information necessary to deliver the parcel, which may include the recipient's name, delivery address and required contact information.
Where offered at checkout, orders may be collected from 1222 Budapest, Árpád utca 65., Hungary. Payment by cash at collection is offered.
UNBOUND may provide individual and group cycling coaching, in-person training sessions, training camps and events. We may process your name, email address, contact information, information about the selected programme and information required to administer registration and payment. UNBOUND does not currently request health or injury information as part of this process.
If you contact us by email or through a website contact/application form, we process the information you provide in order to handle and respond to your enquiry. Contact: info@unbound-bp.hu.
When you use the electronic withdrawal function, we process your name, the order/contract identifier, the email address provided for acknowledgement, the content of the withdrawal statement, and the date and time of submission. Processing is necessary to receive, record and acknowledge the withdrawal statement and to administer the resulting consumer claim. The legal bases are steps connected with the contract and compliance with legal obligations applicable to Aeroskin Sport Kft. The withdrawal form is publicly accessible and does not require login.
We send marketing newsletters only where the recipient has provided the appropriate consent. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, including through the unsubscribe function. The newsletter service provider will be added to this Policy when selected.
The website may use strictly necessary technologies required for WooCommerce shopping carts, login sessions, security and account management.
Subject to appropriate consent, we may also use Google Analytics for website analytics, Google Ads for advertising measurement and marketing functionality, and Meta Pixel for Meta/Facebook advertising measurement and marketing functionality.
Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies will only be activated where the required consent has been provided. Users must be able to withdraw consent.
Our website may link to UNBOUND profiles on YouTube, Instagram/Facebook, Spotify and Strava. Following an ordinary external link takes you to the relevant provider's service, where that provider's privacy rules apply. If third-party content is embedded directly in the future, this Policy and consent configuration will be updated as necessary.
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction.
Subject to the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time. Requests can be sent to info@unbound-bp.hu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
We may amend this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, providers or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will be published on the website.
